We are delighted to present our exceptional house extension project at Cherry Hay, Meopham, Kent—an exquisite transformation designed to accommodate an art dealer's stunning home and art collection. With careful consideration of both functionality and aesthetic appeal, this extension will seamlessly blend with the existing residence, enhancing its charm and providing a showcase for the remarkable art collection. The use of flint walling, known for its timeless beauty, will create a striking exterior, while oak cladding and a slate roof will add a touch of natural elegance. Inside, the extension will feature spacious gallery-like spaces, carefully designed to display artwork and the surrounding landscape in the most captivating manner, with abundant natural light and museum-quality lighting. We have successfully had planning granted despite challenges with the green belt and opposition from local groups, eventually getting their support for the proposal.
